Shire Civil was founded by long-time colleagues Joe and Chris, whose combined experience spans more than two decades in civil construction and infrastructure delivery across Sydney and regional NSW.

After years collaborating on major road, rail, and drainage works, they set out to build a company grounded in precision, trust, and accountability. Shire Civil represents their shared vision for a modern, solutions-driven approach to construction - one that pairs technical expertise with genuine care for outcomes and people.
